General objective of the course:

The objective of this PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Exam Preparation course is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to take the exam, following the guidelines of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, so that participants learn about the most widespread agile practices such as SCRUM, XP, LEAN, KANBAN, among others, and through the understanding and adoption of agile values and principles, can apply them to their projects.

• Learn about the characteristics of agile contracting.

• They can apply interpersonal skills to work collaboratively by establishing a shared vision, focused on communication and stakeholder care.

• Learn about the main characteristics of high-performance teams.

• Learn the main techniques for agile team building.

• Be able to create spaces for collaborative teams.

• You can track the team using velocity and burndown charts.

• They can learn the details of agile planning and progressive elaboration, and acquire the tools to size and estimate (user stories, backlog definition, relative sizing and story points, affinity estimation, story mapping, product mapping, planning poker, etc.).

• They can detect, manage, and resolve the problems associated with agile environments

• Understand the Kaizen concepts of continuous improvement at the product, process, and people levels.
