The Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC™) certification is the next step for Scrum practitioners to further demonstrate their expertise in the framework. By acquiring the knowledge, tools, and best practices that will enable them to lead complete Scrum projects and scale Scrum to large project teams, programs, and portfolios.

OBJECTIVES:

Familiarize students with the concepts, advantages, and challenges of the Scrum methodology.
Equip students with the knowledge necessary to play the role of a Scrum Master in their organizations and help their organizations adopt the Scrum methodology.

TO:

This Certification is suitable for anyone who is an expert on the SCRUM team and wants to manage more complex Scrum projects, such as Expert Scrum Master Certified™.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three years of experience in agile project management.
Being certified as an SMC®, SAMC™, or SPOC®.
You must submit 500 words about two Scrum/Agile projects.
