The Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) certification focuses on evaluating students on their comprehensive understanding of various Six Sigma tools and techniques.
OBJECTIVES:
The objective of the course is to develop a comprehensive knowledge base that helps students function effectively as Six Sigma Black Belts in various projects.
The tools and techniques cover quantitative and non-quantitative analysis along with other knowledge necessary to improve the production process and minimize defects in the final product with a greater focus on the practical implementation of these tools and techniques in the organization.
TO:
This course is for employees and organizations that require a standardized approach to problem-solving for the purpose of continuous improvement.
This would include team leaders, supervisors, associates, quality assurance engineers, project managers, software professionals, interns, quality assurance team members, operations executives, and senior management who will dedicate a small portion of their time to applying DMAIC tools to their natural work area.
