Large-scale projects require multiple Scrum Teams operating simultaneously. The Lead Scrum Master has the mission of harmonizing the activities of these teams to build potentially releasable product increments or deliverables. This Lead Scrum Master drives synergy and coaches the adoption of Scrum, ensuring a smooth deployment of the project outputs. Beyond overcoming obstacles and providing an optimal environment for the Scrum Teams, this Scrum Master works hand-in-hand with the Product Leader, other Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on tasks such as creating an integrated list of components and essential resources for all groups throughout the project.
