Description

In large-scale projects with an abundance of Scrum Teams and diverse Product Owners, it is the Lead Product Owner who makes the day-to-day business decisions. This Lead Product Owner structures and updates the Prioritized Product Backlog of the project, using it to synchronize the effort among the different Product Owners of the Scrum Teams. They will be the one who assumes responsibility for the final outcome of the project. They not only handle strategic decisions, but also work together with the Lead Scrum Master, other Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to create an integrated list of components and essential resources for all groups involved in the project.
